We are seeking a reliable and organised Office & Accounts Administrator to provide maternity cover for a period of 9 - 12 months. This role will support this busy construction business in Buncrana, Co. Donegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, financial, and operational duties to ensure the smooth running of their office and support to their field-based teams.
Responsibilities
* Supporting field based staff
* Arranging travel, flights, and transport for staff and booking accommodation when required
* Coordinating with team foremen to record completed work
* Accurately recording information in the company system
* Making payments to personnel and subcontractors
* Processing payments to suppliers
* Processing payroll through the payroll system
* Liaising with customers as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous office administrative experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of a commercial environment, particularly construction, would be helpful although not essential
* Previous experience using an HR system is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in account and payroll advantageous although not essential.
