The Organisational Development team support quality and governance structures across the organisation, in particular ensuring our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is applied effectively across all services to meet legal, statutory and regulatory compliance relevant to the service.
Purpose of the Job: The Quality & Governance Manager leads on supporting our services to deliver safe and effective care and support through compliance with our quality and governance standards.
They support Registered and Service/Department managers to implement strong internal processes ensuring they meet the standards of our ISO 9001 quality management and risk management systems and supporting strong compliance with relevant external regulations and standards.
Benefits 23 days annual leave and 12 statutory days pro rata.
Annual leave increases to 28 days after 5 years' service, 30 days after 10 years' service.

Essential Criteria RQF level 6 (e.g.
Bachelor's Degree) qualification or equivalent level professional qualification AND Minimum of 3 years' paid experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within a health & social environment OR RQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent level professional qualification AND Minimum of 5 years' paid experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within a health & social environment Minimum of 1 years' experience contributing to an organisation's quality strategy, including audit and development of quality improvement processes Experience of managing individuals or teams in a professional setting.
