Product Development Manager for Clinical LC-MS Diagnostics
Job Summary
The Product Development Manager will lead the development of innovative solutions that address high unmet needs in clinical diagnostics. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, business development, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading VoC efforts, developing value propositions, managing VOC SME customer relationships, and implementing new product launch strategies. Additionally, this individual will partner closely with Global Marketing and Commercial teams on content generation.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in LC/MS product management or IVD/Medical Device project management. A deep understanding of Waters' clinical products is highly desirable. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential for influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
