Demand Planner – Pharmaceutical Sector | Part-Time (3 Days On-Site)

Matrix Recruitment is working with a global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit an experienced Demand Planner. This part-time (3 days per week) on-site role is central to delivering accurate demand forecasts, supporting export sales, and ensuring smooth coordination with logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SAP and IBP.
Collaborate with export sales and logistics teams to align supply, distribution, and international shipments.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and performance indicators to improve forecast accuracy.
Lead demand review meetings and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
Identify risks, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and IBP.
Experience supporting export sales, logistics, and international operations.
Excellent communication, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
