Hours vary between 9am and 8pm Hours per week: 39 Posted date: 15/07/2025 Closing date: 28/08/2025 Central Reservations Agent We have a fantastic new vacancy for a full-time Reservations Agent in our excellent Central Reservations Office based in Maldron Hotel Portlaoise. Our Central Reservations Office is a busy and friendly environment to work in. You will be answering calls and queries for all of our hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe. Answer live chat queries from our websites. Processing and issuing gift vouchers Helping customers with queries. Daily Reporting duties Hours of Work: 5 days over 7 days, Monday to Sunday. Hours vary between 9 am and 8 pm. What You'll Need: The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy environment, dealing with customer calls / live chat queries. Be a team player. Have strong organisational skills. High proficiency in the English language. Provide excellent customer service for all departments.
