Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £24,000 per year
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office-based)
Shifts: 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, or 12pm–8pm (on rotation)

What You’ll Do:
* Handle incoming calls and client queries with professionalism.
* Review new cases to assess suitability for funding or litigation.
* Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and fees.
* Work closely with internal teams to keep claims progressing.
* Maintain accurate records in line with legal standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous call centre or customer service experience.
* Understanding of claims, legal processes, or financial services (a plus).
* Strong communication and data entry skills.
* Confident using contact centre or case management systems.
