Job Title: Butcher
Hours: 39 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Producing cuts and trims of meat to the company’s specification and at line speed.
• Deboning several types of meats.
• Following production targets.
• Able to work in chilled area.
• Checking cuts of meat for bruises, blemishes and defects and remove accordingly.
• Other duties that may be part of the role from time to time.
Requirements:
• Experience in breaking down cattle and lamb
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
