Key Responsibilities
Organise and lead group and one‑to‑one activities that promote social, physical, and mental wellbeing
Support residents in exploring new hobbies, talents, and pastimes
Create a programme of inclusive, engaging, and accessible activities
Foster autonomy, confidence, and a sense of purpose through positive engagement
Collaborate with nursing and care staff to understand residents’ interests and needs
Document participation and progress, including photos and consent where required
Help reduce boredom, loneliness, and anxiety by creating a stimulating environment
