Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Engineer, based in our office in Bray, Ireland.
About the Role:
* Provide technical support on SD Worx suite of payroll/HR products via voice and email, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction on calls and emails.
* Own the calls from start to completion, escalating questions and issues to the Customer Services Manager as required.
* Carry out in-depth offline investigations where necessary and provide feedback findings to clients.

Requirements:
* Ideal experience with Payroll/HR software solutions, particularly complex ones.
* A third-level degree in a Computing Discipline, with ongoing technical expertise and motivation.
* At least two years of Customer Service experience.
* The ability to absorb and troubleshoot technical issues and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is highly advantageous.
* The ability to work under time constraints with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to remain calm and collected in pressure situations, providing constructive guidance and effective communication.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, explore new ideas, and innovate.
* Strong customer service ethics and a sense of urgency.
