We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties and will provide support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and remote access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and products;
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage;
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients;
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics and service level agreements;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other standard business applications;
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems;
- Certification in technical support or IT industry is a plus;
