Job Description
L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
You will work closely with the Retail Area Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall retail experience. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions will be crucial in driving business growth and profitability.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions.
* Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain high standards of product display and presentation.
* Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Store Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Retail Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
* Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, develop and implement strategies, and drive results.
* Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized service and resolve customer complaints.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
