Role: Contracts Manager
Client: Main Contractor
Location: Greater Dublin
Sector: New build Commercial & Residential
Essentials: Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience preferred.
Benefits: €90,000 - €110,000; company vehicle or travel allowance; company laptop and mobile phone; pension; life insurance and income protection;
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
2. Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets, maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.
3. Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
4. Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.
5. Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
6. Manage project resourcing, ensuring teams have the right skills, motivation, and leadership in place.
7. Develop, retain, and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
