Business Analyst (Client-Facing, AI & Process Improvement)
Realtime recruitment is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to work with an established base of warm clients, helping them improve how they operate and make better use of AI in practical, accessible ways.
This role is less about technical detail and more about understanding how businesses work, where they can improve, and guiding them toward simple, effective solutions.
You’ll spend less time deep in technical detail and more time working with clients to understand their challenges, shape solutions, and help them make meaningful improvements—especially in how they adopt and benefit from AI.
You must be willing to travel to client site and hold a full clean driver’s licence and your own transport.
What you’ll be doing
Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding how their business works and where they want to go
Spot opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and introduce smarter ways of working
Help clients understand how AI and Microsoft tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform at a high level) can support better productivity and collaboration
Identify gaps between current ways of working and desired outcomes
Map out processes clearly (current vs improved) so everyone has a shared understanding
Run workshops and conversations to gather input, align stakeholders, and move things forward
Create clear, structured documentation that supports decision-making and delivery
Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams, ensuring ideas are understood and actionable
Support clients through change, helping them adopt new ways of working with confidence
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in a client-facing Business Analyst
Comfortable working with warm clients and building trusted relationships
Ability to explain ideas clearly without relying on technical language
Experience improving processes and identifying practical solutions
Confident facilitating discussions, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering real value
Experience with MS Tools
Nice to have
Exposure to AI or automation in a business setting (even at a high level)
Experience in transformation or change-focused roles
