Joining Crystal Air as a qualified (RGI) maintenance plumber, you will work within the greater Dublin area on sites such as hotels and office buildings. The Role
* Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment. Boilers, pumps, vessels etc
* Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations
* Tie workflow to schedule
* Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
* Produce timely and detailed service reports
* Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
* Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
* Cooperate with office and share information across the organization
* Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
* Build positive relationships with customers
Skills & Experience
* RGI/GID qualified Plumber
* Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
* Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
* Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems
* Experience of mechanical repairs in large scale commercial buildings
* 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment
* Basic electrical understanding and experience
* HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary
* Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable
