The General Utility Worker II serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of the house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The role requires maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
2. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep cleaning duties.
3. Attend in-house training sessions.
4. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform in accordance with company regulations.
5. Present an image conducive to good customer relations.
6. Promote and implement the company's health and safety policies.
7. Follow and uphold company policies and procedures.
8. Use chemical products safely, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (P.P.E), and observe manual handling regulations when lifting, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
9. Serve food and beverages to customers according to Campbell Catering standards.
10. Adhere to food hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
11. Assist chefs with checking in food deliveries, ensuring high standards of produce acceptance.
12. Ensure proper food storage in compliance with hygiene regulations and F.I.F.O stock rotation.
13. Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
14. Prepare service areas and points.
15. Store food items and equipment accurately after service.
16. Understand and implement COSHH regulations.
Other duties assigned by your line manager to ensure smooth department operations.

Qualifications & Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
* Experience with food hygiene practices.
* Previous experience in porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping.
