Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Overview
This role involves providing comprehensive HR support to different locations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Onboarding
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for company positions across operational, retail and administrative functions.
2. Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
3. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation.
* Employee Relations
1. Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
2. Assist with conflict resolution, investigations, and processing of disciplinary actions.
3. Promote a culture of respect, fairness, and collaboration consistent with organizational values.
* Performance Management and Training
1. Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and appropriate documentation.
2. Identify and coordinate employee training and development opportunities.
3. Partner with managers to support coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
* Compensation and Benefits Administration
1. Administer employee remuneration.
2. Assist employees with benefit inquiries.
3. Support payroll operations by ensuring accurate employee data and remuneration changes.
* Compliance and Reporting
1. Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
2. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and HR data.
