Job Title: Registered Psychiatric Nurse
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users, providing support to individuals in both inpatient and community settings.Your key responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and offering therapeutic interventions. You will also engage with families and carers, providing education and support to enhance their understanding of mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments monitoring vital signs.
* Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
* Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with valid NMBI registration
* Experience in psychiatric nursing is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
* Right to live and work in the ROI
