* We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
">
1. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Facility and Utility Support services in a safe, time-efficient, and cost-effective manner.
2. This role involves maintaining Facility and Utility Support services in a state of permanent inspection readiness for the site.
3. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement through participation in projects, system failure studies, and incident investigations using recognised methodologies.
4. They will also support the development and execution of Change Control related to the Engineering function.
5. This role requires participation in Lean measures such as Gemba and Kaizen events.
6. The successful candidate must comply with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities.
7. Accountability for compliance via documentation completion, risk assessments, closing out corrective actions, and participating in audits and inspections is required.
8. This role involves escalating issues in a timely manner to relevant onsite stakeholders and supporting the resolution of any such issues.
9. The successful candidate will develop new and review and update existing SOPs.
10. Supporting site Reliability and Calibration improvement programs is also an essential part of this role.
11. Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project activity is supported through inspection and safety walks is a key responsibility.
12. This role requires driving a safe and compliant culture within the organisation.
13. Collaboration with multiple partners, including IPT, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Labs, Third Parties, Vendors, etc., is essential.
14. Drafting presentations and reporting out on progress on initiatives to stakeholders as required is also a key responsibility.
15. Managing vendors for work on site ensuring compliance with safety and permitting requirements for all on-site activities is a critical part of this role.
16. Responding to safety events, collecting information, coordinating investigations, and remediation actions is also required.
17. Responding to building fabric issues, collecting information to support investigations, and coordinating closure of remediation actions is another key responsibility.
18. Supervision of temporary building utilisation and responding to issues as they arise is also a key part of this role.
19. Overseeing building utilisation and conducting periodic occupancy checks is required.

Requirements:
">
20. A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred; ideally in an Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline.
21. Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired with Green Belt preferred.
22. Experience within Facilities and Utilities support areas in a GMP manufacturing environment and have a proven track record in identifying and delivering improvement projects.
23. Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices is required.
24. Excellent report, standards, policy writing skills are necessary.
25. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and job-related computer applications is required.
26. A strong safety ethos is essential.
27. A proven record of management of change in a commercial site is necessary.
