What You’ll Do
* Play a key role in helping develop products that meet Primark’s Quality Assurance Standards.
* Work closely with Product Technologists, buying teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support best practices and ensure product quality and value.
* Assist in testing and compliance processes to ensure products meet commercial, legal, and industry requirements, including labelling and safety standards.
* Monitor product performance through returns data, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to supplier engagement by communicating quality expectations, sharing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement plans.
* Help prepare key documents such as tech packs, scorecards, and reports that support decision-making and cost efficiencies.
* Develop awareness of ethical and compliance processes, including supplier audits and standards, to understand performance across the supply base.
* Communicate clearly and inclusively with colleagues and external partners, tailoring messages to different audiences and building positive relationships.
* Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as the Primark Quality Academy, to help build capability across teams and suppliers.
* Take ownership of personal development by seeking learning opportunities and supporting team goals with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
