Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation team
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Draft, format, and prepare litigation correspondence and legal documents
Manage diaries, appointments, and court‑related deadlines
Prepare files, briefs, and court documentation
Handle post, scanning, filing, and document management
Support the wider office with general administration tasks
The Person
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Litigation
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and client‑focused approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask within a busy office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Reliable, proactive, and team‑oriented
