About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all departments with a primary focus on food and beverage service.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead and support team members to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
* Monitor stock control in the F&B department.
* Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
* Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
