Job Title: HSEQ Manager
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join their team.
As a key member of the management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety practices within the company. This will involve working closely with project managers and contracts managers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with a proven track record of implementing effective policies and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of health and safety officers and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Investigate and record all accidents and incidents
• Coordinate health and safety training and development programs
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
• BSc in Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years experience in a senior health and safety role
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
