An Chúirt Hotel is a 4‑star hotel nestled in the heart of Gweedore, offering warm hospitality, stunning surroundings, and exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and customer‑focused Reservations Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
Process bookings accurately using the hotel’s reservation system
Provide guests with information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services where appropriate
Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate guest records and payment details
Deliver a professional and friendly guest experience at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone manner
Good computer skills (experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends if required (Mon to Friday normally)
