Job Title: Senior Facilitator
This position is for a highly skilled individual who will work with individuals with complex needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
* A full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care/Studies or relevant qualification at degree level (e.g. Social Work, Psychology) is required.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing care plans and PCPs, as well as being able to communicate effectively with individuals with autism.
* Awareness of key worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
* Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector
