Key responsibilities include ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Primary objectives:
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement planograms correctly and maintain an optimal product range in-store
• Support the business owner in developing and training the team, as well as ensuring smooth store operations
• Understand how to achieve margins across all departments
• Stay engaged with new initiatives and embrace innovative working practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management role;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word);
• Experience managing cash and tills;
• Good delegation skills;
• Understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets
