Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the ECI Team, working on Water and Wastewater Treatment projects across Ireland. Key responsibilities include coordinating design activities, managing project scope, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects, and acting as primary point of contact for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of contracts for assigned projects
* Coordinate design activities and outputs across various projects
* Act as primary point of contact for issue resolution
* Collaborate with senior management to provide updates on project progress
* Monitor and control project adherence to programme and budget
* Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and variations
* Liaise with project teams to ensure Health and Safety requirements are met
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in M&E or Civil engineering projects
* Degree/Diploma/Masters in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
* Strong IT skills, including MS Project
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
