We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. At Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. You will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, building trust and strengthening client relationships.
You will be a representative and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools, setting a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused mindset. You thrive on challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and are committed to building, optimizing, and scaling high-performance marketing strategies.

ONBOARDING
Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
Collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas.
Execute the Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts including: Growth map, data analysis, and marketing calendar alignment with clients.
Daily execution and updating forecasts; adjust projections to meet KPIs.
Pivot early when needed; lead in obstacles to execution; maintain curiosity and problem-solving.
Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and processes.
Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets/strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets; run tests to beat best campaigns.
QUALITY & CLIENT ALIGNMENT
Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast; align daily with client status and strategy; ensure Prophet system execution within timelines; deliver work with quality and detail.
Champion client communication; provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates; ensure alignment of Strategy and Forecast with clients.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
Share learnings and collaborate across teams; contribute to future company content production.
Next-Level Skills

Past Experience
Experience in math, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, or related fields.

Achieve certification and precise execution of the Prophet system to ensure high-quality results for clients.
Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across Growth Map and Statlas.
Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
Apply best practices in media buying to drive exceptional results.
Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily forecasts to exceed client expectations.
Adhere to quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media decisions, and system execution.
Meet deadlines and budgets; contribute ideas to team discussions and company content.

Management
Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy Sharma, a mentor focused on growth strategy and development.
Orientation
Client-facing role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary progression: First month $2,000; Second month $4,000; Third month average $7,000.
1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000. These figures depend on clients and performance.
