Overview Our client, a niche Real Estate business based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an Accounts & Operations Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is looking to develop their career within the Industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting business growth working closely with Senior Finance Leaders and providing on-the-ground operational engagement across active project sites. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to assess and identify potential opportunities. Assist in the financial analysis of trading entities and investment targets. Support the preparation of accounts and budgets in coordination with the finance team. Carry out operational site visits to ensure smooth execution of plans and activities. Coordinate and manage external teams including contractors, property managers, solicitors and accountants. Engage with tenants to resolve operational issues and ensure tenant satisfaction. Represent the company in meetings, presenting data and insights to the executive team and board. Candidate Profile A self-starter with a high level of personal initiative. Energetic and highly committed, with a strong work ethic. Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities. An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible in your approach and willing to get involved at all levels. Qualifications & Experience A third-level qualification in Finance, Business, Property, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar finance or operations-focused role is essential. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of property, investments, or business analysis would be an advantage.
