We're looking for an
Administration Assistant
to join our Business Support team in
Dublin
, working onsite five days per week.

You'll work closely with fee earners, Personal Assistants and the wider Business Support team, helping to deliver high standards of administrative support across the office.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support to fee earners, PAs and wider teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This includes managing correspondence and documentation, supporting file opening processes, maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration to help keep the office running effectively.
You will also support document management, filing and archiving activities while assisting with elements of billing administration, including invoices and payment queries.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Business Support function, you will provide team cover where required and help maintain consistent service delivery across the office.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Considerable organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy office environment
Desirable
Experience working in a professional services environment
Exposure to document management or file management systems
Experience supporting billing or finance administration processes
Previous experience working within a team support function
Understanding of confidentiality requirements in a professional setting
