The successful candidate will assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations within the hotel and ensuring the delivery of an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
* Assisting with the smooth running of the accommodation department
* Supervising all activities of the accommodation assistants and ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and perform all duties to the highest of standards
* Daily checking of rooms, conducting inspections of all bedrooms and public areas
* Recording any maintenance issues and following up to ensure they are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
* Assisting the Accommodation Manager with the Administrative function of the department
* Assisting with Training, Managing and Developing the housekeeping team
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor in a busy 4-star Hotel
* Strong IT Skills
* Flexibility with regards to hours of work
* Exceptional Customer and Personal Service Standards
* The ability to handle demanding situations and work well under time constraints
* Fluent in written an spoken English
