Restaurant Manager
A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant in a 4-star hotel setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant activities, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations, leading a team of 8-10 staff, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and excellent service standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to develop menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and meet the expectations of discerning guests.
* Lead, train, and manage a team of hospitality professionals, focusing on leadership development, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
* Oversee rostering, ordering, and departmental financials, ensuring timely payment of suppliers, accurate inventory management, and cost control.
* Ensure HACCP compliance and adherence to industry standards, maintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene within the restaurant.
* Deliver an outstanding guest experience through exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of guests, and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
* Participate in Duty Manager shifts as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the hotel's operational needs.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar role in a 3*/4* hotel or high-volume restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
* HACCP certified and fluent in English (spoken & written).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
* A team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude and flexible availability.
