Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating MIG welding equipment to fuse metal components together, forming the structure of the metal cages.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements and layout.
2. Operating MIG welding machines to join metal parts precisely and efficiently, ensuring strong and durable welds.
3. Preparing metal surfaces, components, and work areas for welding through processes like grinding, cleaning, and tack-welding.
4. Inspecting and testing finished welds for cracks, defects, porosity, and adherence to quality standards.
5. Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting welding equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
6. Following all safety procedures and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

* Safe Pass
* Manual Handling
* MIG welding certificate
* Abrasive Wheels
* Full drivers license
