Job Title: Assistant Store Manager


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure efficient store performance.
* Lead staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management, to maximize productivity.
* Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock control and timely ordering.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
* Maintain and enforce store policies, adhering to established standards.
* Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales goals.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Develop and execute promotional activities to boost sales.


Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
* A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
