Property Department Support Role

The position of a Legal Secretary in this department involves providing assistance to Solicitors. Key responsibilities include transcribing dictations, digitizing documents electronically, formatting legal documents, filing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.


Main Responsibilities:

* Transcription of dictations
* Digital storage and preservation of documents
* Formatting legal documents for submission
* Filing, invoicing, and supporting various administrative duties
* Preparing and arranging registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents
* Scheduling and organization of title documents
* Preparation of Contract for Sale documentation
* Preparation and finalization of closing documentation
