Role
As a Senior Procurement/Manufacturing/Warehouse Management Consultant, you will utilize internal and external customer information to develop and deliver transformation services using the GROW Model, aligning with customer business objectives. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of experts and drive key activities that increase customer value.
Work in a senior capacity as a Procurement/Manufacturing/Warehouse Management Consultant in SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition.
Conduct senior advisory engagements with customers and internal SAP teams.
Collaborate with other consultants to support customers’ overall Cloud Transformation journey.
Own and deliver customer workshops, manage scope and customer expectations.
Promote SAP best practices and references.
Provide architecture guidance using the GROW with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure customers derive value from SAP’s standard cloud qualities.
Identify innovation use cases (AI, BDC, CAIA, CIS) that benefit customers’ strategic and operational objectives.
Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities.
Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks.
What You Bring
We are looking for dynamic and motivated colleagues who can effectively drive standards, organizational change and innovation.
At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience, ideally in SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition.
Knowledge of the SAP intelligent enterprise and its integration scenarios between solutions.
Good understanding of functional integration aspects with other SAP modules.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Mindset for strategic thinking, continuous learning and business acumen.
Experience in 2 or more end‑to‑end process implementation cycles.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in and with teams and build long‑term customer relationships.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and grow fast.
Certification in the Core area would be advantageous.
Excellent English language skills.
