We are currently recruiting a motivated and knowledgeable service administrator to join our team in Clonmel. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service and parts departments. You'll coordinate service bookings, manage parts inventory, assist with invoicing, and support both the workshop team and our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Service and Parts departmentsSchedule and manage customer service bookings and technician workloadsProcess parts orders, quotations, and invoicesMaintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory controlLiaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operationsPrepare service reports and handle general office administration tasksAbout YouStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (experience with Auto view dealer system is a plus )Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environmentPrevious experience in a service, automotive, or parts environment preferredJob Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 24 per weekBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
