Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting sales growth, and leading by example to drive business success.

About the Role

* To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, implementing company guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.
* To work closely with the Store Manager to plan for busy periods, ensuring customer arrival patterns are met, and responding to any customer queries or complaints.
* To continuously develop and share product knowledge with staff and customers, driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
* To maintain a well-presented and professional image at all times, adhering to company dress code policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently, using initiative to resolve problems and make decisions.
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques, with the ability to train and coach staff.

* Merchandising and Deliveries: Ensure stock levels are maintained, products are merchandised effectively, and deliveries are processed promptly.
* Administration and Accounting: Manage site paperwork and accounts accurately, reconcile wages sheets, and process petty cash.
* Sales and Marketing: Promote sales growth through effective product placement, pricing, and promotions.
