Main tasks:
* Ensure employees adhere to SuperValu brand values
* Maintain optimal employment levels through recruitment and selection procedures
* Develop personalized training plans for each employee
* Promote a positive working atmosphere through effective communication and conflict resolution
* Evaluate and implement procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Ensure all employees receive proper induction and ongoing training
* Record and document internal and external training
* Manage employee attendance, leave and holiday records
* Implement grievance and disciplinary procedures as needed
* Evaluate customer service programs and provide necessary training
* Liaise with shop and union officials according to company policies

* Manage time clocking systems and coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll providers
* Lead employee relations processes fairly, consistently, and progressively
* Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 8 qualification in HRM, Business, or related field (CIPD membership beneficial)
* At least 5 years of HR experience, including senior advisor or business partner roles
* Demonstrated experience with HR systems and payroll management
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best practices
* Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Full clean driver's license, with flexibility to work across multiple locations
