Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technician based in the Cork City Area. The Senior Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine vehicle inspections, overseeing complex repairs, and ensuring high-quality service. The role involves working closely with the service team and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt work.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting, including identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
* Hands-on skills in routine maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections
* Experience in working with automotive brands such as Mitsubishi, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Isuzu and Fiat Professional preferred while full brand training will be provided.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when performing vehicle services
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers in a professional manner
* Experience in utilizing modern automotive tools and technology
* Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive technology is required
* A valid driver's license is necessary
* Previous experience in a dealership or similar working environment is an advantage
