We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our ladies' clothing boutique, overseeing the day-to-day operations across two store locations. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys leading by example. Travel between locations is a key part of the role, so flexibility is essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and rosters, maintaining positive staff relations, and fostering a supportive and professional work environment. You will act as a keyholder and take full ownership of all aspects of running a busy shop, ensuring high standards are consistently met. A strong customer focus is essential, with the ability to deliver excellent service.Merchandising will form a core part of the role, including stock presentation, visual merchandising, and creating engaging window displays that reflect seasonal trends. You will also oversee stock pricing and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing and commercially effective at all times. A proactive approach to increasing sales and identifying opportunities for growth is highly valued.As we also operate an online store, good computer skills are required. Duties will include packing and dispatching online orders, managing online stock systems, and supporting the smooth integration between in-store and online sales. An interest in social media would be a distinct advantage, particularly if you enjoy contributing ideas to help grow the brand's online presence and customer engagement.You will work closely with the business owner during the onboarding period and on an ongoing basis, allowing you to gain a thorough, hands-on understanding of the role and the business as a whole. This collaborative approach will ensure you are fully supported while learning store procedures, brand standards, and operational systems, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute ideas and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the business.Applicants must have their own transport, a full clean driving licence, and a minimum of two years' retail management experience. Strong skills in customer service, merchandising, and HR responsibilities are essential. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates; however, as the business is seasonal, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands are important. This is an all year round position.
