Production Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production management? We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate production activities during your shift.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Monitor and address product non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
* Collaborate with the Quality department to maintain and improve quality standards.
* Ensure properly trained personnel and adequate equipment are available for smooth operations.
* Lead and motivate a production team, ensuring performance and productivity goals are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Training:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Level 6 Certificate or higher in a supervisory or technical discipline.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes.
* Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
* Basic technical skills and proficiency in IQMS.
* Experience with mold changes and production start-ups.
* Background in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.
