Job Title: Labour Planner
Role Overview
As a Labour Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of labour resources for daily production tasks. You will work closely with Operations, HR, and Payroll to guarantee seamless workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and adjust weekly staff rotas using the in-house Time & Attendance system.
* Coordinate worker training with HR and address skill gaps.
* Manage absence, sickness, and staffing requirements.
* Liaise with third-party temporary staff suppliers.
* Resolve labour shortages and support supervisors as required.
* Prepare weekly payroll reports and daily KPI updates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records.
* Provide administrative and data-entry support where needed.
* Act as a link between Production, HR, and Payroll teams.
Key Skills Required
* Intermediate MS Excel skills.
* Strong organisational ability, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work any 5 days out of 7.
* Ability to commute to St. Margaret's (driving required).
