What's in it for you? €36,000 Career progression opportunities within a well-established hotel group Supportive and professional working environment Training and development opportunities Employee benefits and staff discounts Free parking Pension and wellbeing support initiatives Opportunity to join an award-winning hospitality employer Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the Front Office and Reservations departments Ensure all guests receive a professional, warm, and efficient service throughout their stay Manage reception, reservations, and night operations in line with company standards Drive upselling and maximise room revenue opportunities Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Oversee staff training, performance management, and rota planning Maintain excellent communication with all hotel departments including housekeeping, sales, events, and food & beverage Monitor cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and front office controls Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and GDPR procedures Support the senior management team with operational and commercial objectives Key Requirements Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Front Office Management role within a hotel environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent guest service and communication abilities Experience managing reservations and front office systems Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness with an ability to drive revenue opportunities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and business peak periods where required Professional presentation and attention to detail Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Hotsoft or similar would be advantageous Fluent English, both written and spoken Skills: Team Managemenr/ Organisation/ Time management
