Senior Payroll Professional
This role involves providing expert support to customers in Germany, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
* Become the go-to product expert on Global Payroll and HR capabilities for customers in Germany.
* Develop clear content, documentation, and FAQs to support customers and internal teams.
* Analyze customer support interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Partner with regional Product Managers to provide insights on support volume and critical compliance concerns.
This role requires strong client-facing skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
