Overview
EZ Living Furniture is recruiting a Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to lead our Drogheda Store. This challenging and rewarding position involves supporting a team of salespeople in reaching and exceeding personal and company targets, while ensuring all day-to-day activities required for the smooth running and development of the store are completed. The successful candidate will have proven sales ability, with excellent organisational and communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver a first-rate customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
* Continuously communicate with and motivate the team.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
* Be the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
* Coach the team to ensure product knowledge, company policies and brand values are reviewed and applied.
* Perform people management activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
* Complete regular reports for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
* Proven people manager and team player.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficient Microsoft Office user with the ability to learn in-house systems.
* Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential.
* Ability to use initiative and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate.
