Are you an experienced and dynamic Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a global leader in the premium drinks industry with an unrivaled portfolio of iconic brands, is seeking an EH&S Manager to join their exceptional team.

Employment Type: 10-month Fixed Term Contract (with an opportunity to go perm)
Contract Duration: till 7th April 2025
Workplace: Full-time on-site. Mon / Thurs half day on Friday. (Non-negotiable)

THE ROLE:
Step into a pivotal role where you will lead EH&S initiatives at a flagship site, championing sustainability and corporate responsibility.
As the EH&S Manager, you will ensure that their operations not only meet but exceed global standards, positioning the company at the forefront of industry excellence.
YOUR MISSION:
4. Strategy Architect: Develop and execute a cutting-edge EH&S strategy that aligns with the company's ambitious vision.
5. Compliance Champion: Navigate and maintain ISO accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), IPPC License, and adhere to all critical EH&S legislation.
6. Culture Builder: Integrate EH&S excellence into daily operations, making safety and sustainability second nature to the entire team.
7. People Leader: Mentor and inspire the EH&S coordinator and influence teams across the site to foster a proactive safety culture.
8. Global Collaborator: Engage with the client's global EH&S community, sharing insights and best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
ABOUT YOU:
9. Deep knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 accreditations.
10. Proven EH&S experience within a process manufacturing environment.
11. Strong leadership skills in EH&S.
12. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
