Responsibilities
Manage multiple clients with portfolios of ****** syndicated or bilateral loan facilities, ensuring accurate maintenance of portfolios.
Lead a team of 5–10 portfolio managers.
Support and administer syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios.
Read and interpret credit agreements; support software processes.
Oversee and monitor accurate processing of new drawdowns, paydowns, and fees for deals.
Ensure all monies due and payable are collected or reconciled.
Coordinate funding requirements with the Treasury Desk.
Handle full oversight of invoicing and remittance processing.
Maintain standard processes within a robust control environment and continually improve them.
Conduct training for new hires on standard processes, including for those without prior loan servicing or portfolio management experience.
Qualifications
4-year college degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management or portfolio monitoring.
Focused, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Team-oriented, willing to back-up and cross-train on departmental functions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience interfacing with relationship managers, customers, and other departments.
Minimum of 5 years of people-management experience.
Experience maintaining a control environment and adhering to SOPs.
Flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements.
Experience with Sentry PM or Cassiopeia is a distinct advantage.
