The OpportunityIn this role, you will be the face of D W Windsor in the Irish market. Responsible for maximising profitable sales, you will develop new business opportunities, nurture key relationships, and promote our market‑leading product range.This field‑based role requires regular travel across Southern Ireland, including occasional overnight stays. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with lighting consultants, electrical consultants, contractors, Local Authorities, and other stakeholders.Position D W Windsor as a recognised leader within the Irish public lighting market.Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the region.Partner with exclusive distributors to drive growth through agreed pricing and marketing strategies.Plan and manage weekly schedules using Salesforce CRM.Conduct regular field visits (up to four days per week), with occasional overnights.Track projects from specification to order completion, ensuring exceptional after‑sales service.Maintain accurate customer records, market intelligence, and monthly reporting.Attend industry events to monitor trends and competitor activity.Adhere to company policies relating to expenses, health & safety, quality, and vehicle usage.
