Programme Manager Role
The successful candidate will drive projects that deliver real impact across energy efficiency, sustainability, and climate action in Ireland's public sector.
About the Position
This position is focused on leading retro-commissioning and operation & maintenance (O&M) schemes to support public bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading large-scale retrofit and decarbonisation projects in the public sector.
* Working closely with stakeholders across government, healthcare, and community bodies to meet ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.
* Providing planning and technical expertise to shape programmes and ensure quality outcomes.
* Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on projects to ensure successful delivery and continual improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree (NFQ Level 7 or higher) in a relevant technical discipline such as Engineering, Science, or Building Services.
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role, with strong project management skills.
* Solid understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability and/or energy management.
* Strong communication skills written, verbal, and public speaking.
* Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* IT proficiency and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
