Job Title:
Online Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. To drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
2. Day-to-day management of online orders for e-commerce stores.
3. Ensuring order fulfillment within advertised timeframes.
4. Provide exceptional levels of customer service to promote loyalty and retention.
5. Order management/ERP integration ensuring data is processed efficiently and information is accurate in relevant systems.
6. Branch engagement to ensure stock of all relevant products for ease of fulfillment.
7. Review product offerings, ensuring relevant detail on all products exists.
8. Manage marketing/e-commerce team engagement to ensure effective sales campaigns and promotions.
9. Management and regular review of all cost inputs, including deliveries.
10. Courier service management.
11. Web site vendor management.
12. Any ad hoc duties in accordance with business requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in online sales management.
* Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic target-driven sales environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
